The Coffee Roasting Plant

This is the most delicate moment in the journey of the coffee bean, from the plant to the coffee cup.

The roasting facility is the heart of the whole process and that is why ours was selected among the most technological and advanced in the market, designed and sized for roasting only small quantities each time, in order to obtain the maximum quality in the result in the cup.

Of course, nothing could do the machine if there wasn’t  the expert hand of those who like the family Ravasio has true passion for coffee.

The roasting  recipe, right blend of heat temperature  and time, is studied every time based on each specific bean to be toasted,  great experience and an endless passion are the secret for the magic taste of our coffee.

This important choice, in line with our tradition, it is at the expense of quantity to ensure  always an  impeccable quality.
